Description
In the Sichuan province of China is one of the largest bamboo forests - the Shunan Forest. This "Green Sea" is home to more than 400 bamboo varieties and is the inspiration for our Jingdezhen Shunan ceramics collection. The cream base of the Jingdezhen Shunan Temple Jar features a lush display of bold stalks dressed with abundant leaves. Among the most prized pottery for its long history of enduring pieces, the Jingdezhen Shunan Temple Jar is a clay pot with both an intricately painted jar and lid. Like the bamboo on its facade, the Jingdezhen Shunan Temple Jar will imbue strength and longevity.
Each piece is truly vintage and has been thoughtfully handpicked by our team from vintage markets. Due to its unique nature, variations in colour, shape, size, patina, finish, and wear are to be expected and are part of the character of each piece. To select a specific piece, please reach out to us via email to request photos of our current available inventory. If no selection is made, a piece will be chosen at random.
