Founded in 2015 by Sascha Lafleur and Justin Thomason, West of Main began as a boutique design studio shaped by a shared belief that spaces should reflect the people who live in them.

Today, West of Main is an award-winning design firm dedicated to the thoughtful transformation of residential spaces. From custom home builds and full-home renovations to furniture and decor, each project is an exploration of how design can enhance the everyday. The team’s approach is deeply collaborative, honouring the architecture, the landscape, and the way their clients move through their spaces.

A few years later, West of Main Shoppe came to life as a natural extension of the firm’s design ethos. The Shoppe offers a designer-curated selection of furniture, lighting, art, rugs and vintage finds that embody their signature Relaxed Elegance design style. Each piece tells a story of materiality, craftsmanship, and intention, allowing people to bring a touch of West of Main’s sensibility into their own homes.
