How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs depend upon your shipping location and the size and weight of items you would like to ship.  

We offer 2 levels of service with our shipping.  Curb-side shipping will drop the items at your front door. White Glove service will include delivery and placing the items in your room of choice as well as take away of product packaging.

How Long Will My Order Take?

In stock orders may take 2 to 6 weeks. Items available, but not in stock, or made to order items may take up to 14 weeks.

What is Route?

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

How Do I File a Claim with Route if I've Opted Into Package Protection?

Can I cancel my order?

Please take the time to read our cancellation and return policy listed under the Shipping and Returns.  This tab is included on every product and is located under the product information.

What is your return policy?

Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours for no charge, between 24 - 48 hours a 15% restocking fee will be charged. After 48 hours online orders can not be canceled and are subject to the standard return and final sale policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the shipping label, the packaging the item was delivered in, and pictures of the damaged item in detail.  Send them to our shoppe email address within 24 hours of receiving your order. shoppe@westofmaindesign.com
