Vendor Stock & Lead Times

Not all items available online are stocked at our Ottawa warehouse. Items currently in stock with our vendors typically require approximately 3–5 weeks to arrive at our warehouse for pickup or delivery.

Backordered items may require additional time based on the vendor's estimated restocking date. Please contact us if you would like to confirm availability or lead time before ordering.
